Returns Information

We understand that sometimes you may need to return products. Maybe you have ordered the wrong product, a product might be faulty or has even been damaged in transit. Therefore, you will be pleased to know that we offer our customers a 30 day no-hassle return policy.

Please note, in the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, we are unable to accept returns for Food and Beverages.

Non-Faulty Products

You must contact us prior to returning any products so we can raise the necessary returns authorisation. Any products returned without prior authorisation will be refused and returned to sender.

All products being returned must be unopened and in a saleable condition with no damage, writing or stickers on the original manufacturers packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of the returning the products which should be packaged suitable for transit to avoid any damage and we always recommend they are returned via a secure trackable courier service.

Our returns department will inspect the return on arrival and should they deem any product not fit for resale then we would contact you to advise. We can only issue refunds for products back in our or our wholesalers possession which are suitable for resale.

Please note we do not refund any delivery charges and we reserve to right to charge a 10% administration, re-stocking charge which will be deducted from the refund or credit.

Faulty Products

Although very rare sometimes things can go wrong. If you believe you have a faulty product please contact us as soon as possible and supply us with as much information as you can regarding the problems you are having. Please note any products returned without prior authorisation will be refused and returned to sender.

Sometimes the problems you are experiencing may not be with the product you purchased. For example if it's a print quality issue it could be a problem caused by either the drum, fuser, toner cartridge or another component in your printer. Prior to contacting us we would always advise in the first instance you refer to your printer manual as sometimes the problem can be easily resolved by things like simply running your printer through the cleaning process.

We will arrange for collection of faulty products and would ask you to ensure they are packaged suitable for transit to avoid any damage. Subject to stock replacements will be dispatched. However, if you prefer we would be happy to issue a refund or credit for the faulty products once back in either our or our wholesalers possession.

Our returns department will inspect the return on arrival and should they deem there to be no fault we shall contact you to advise.
