How Do I Contact You ?

Do You Have A Shop ?
No, we are an online only office supplies company, by keeping our costs low we can keep our prices low. Our office address is for administration purposes only and customer visits are not possible. All orders are dispatched from our wholesalers purpose built distribution centre in Elland, West Yorkshire.
Is Your Website Secure ?
Yes, we have employed the best companies and used the latest technology available to build our website. It is fully secure with every page protected by an SSL certificate. We will not see your credit card or debit card details at any stage of the ordering process, these details are handled by the payment gateways and banks. We do not have access to or store your credit card or debit card details.
Can I Order By Telephone ?
Sorry but we are unable to accept telephone orders for customers paying for their order by credit or debit card. The safest and most secure way of placing and paying for your order is by using our website.
How Do I Pay For My Order ?
Our website accepts all major credit cards and debit cards. Payment by cheque and internet banking is currently only available to customers with a credit account.
Can I / We Have A Credit Account ?
We are currently able to offer instant 30 day credit accounts to Schools, Colleges, Universities, Health Authorities, Councils, Police Forces and other Government Establishments. At the moment we are unable to offer credit accounts to individuals or any other business. For more details please visit our purchase order page.
What Countries Do You Deliver To ?
We do not export and deliver only to UK postcodes. Please note we are unable to deliver to freight forwarding companies, po boxes and pickup shop services.
When Will My Order Be Dispatched ?
Orders placed before 5:30pm are dispatched same day. Orders received after 5:30pm Monday to Friday will not be processed until the following working day. If you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday or during the Bank Holidays your order will not be processed until the following working day. Please note our courier does not normally deliver on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.

What If I Need To Return My Order ?
We understand that sometimes you may need to return products. Maybe you have ordered the wrong product, a product might be faulty or has even been damaged in transit.
