Please find below information regarding the delivery of products shown on our website. We trust this will answer any questions you may have. However, if you have a question which is not answered below please do not hesitate to contact us.
Orders placed before 5:30pm are dispatched same day. Orders received after 5:30pm Monday to Friday will not be processed until the following working day. If you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday or during the Bank Holidays your order will not be processed until the following working day. Please note our courier does not normally deliver on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.
Charges and Timescales
We do not export and deliver only to UK postcodes. Please be aware we are unable to deliver to freight forwarding companies, po boxes and pickup shop services. Our delivery charges and timescales can be found below.
UK Mainland Only (Excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands)
Orders below £330.00 (inclusive of vat) will be charged delivery at £5.40 (inclusive of vat).
Orders over £330.00 (inclusive of vat) will not be charged delivery.
Delivery will be made within 2 working days from date of dispatch. However, we are pleased to inform you that over 97% of orders to UK mainland postcodes are delivered next working day.
Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and The Channel Islands
All orders regardless of value are charged delivery at £14.40 (inclusive of vat) and will be delivered within 3 working days from date of dispatch.
To clarify Scottish Highlands postcodes include AB31 - AB56, FK17 - FK21, HS1 - HS9, IV (ALL), KA27 - KA28, KW0 - KW17, PA20 - PA78, PH15 - PH99, ZE (ALL). Please note these delivery postcodes are stipulated by the courier and not Crazy Office Supplies.
Southern Ireland - Eire
All orders regardless of value are charged delivery at £14.40 (inclusive of vat), vat will not be charged for businesses who can supply an irish VAT number, and will be delivered within 3 working days from date of dispatch.
Occasionally, the delivery of your order may be delayed. This can be for various reasons that are out of our control such as adverse weather conditions, courier problems, traffic incidents etc and we would suggest in the first instance you check the order tracking for more information before contacting us. We will not be held responsible for any delay or delivery failure that is outside of our control.
Please note that someone will need to be present to sign for the delivery. Our courier will not be able to leave your order without a signature to confirm the order has been safely delivered.
When your order has been dispatched we will send you an e-mail confirming it has left the warehouse. This e-mail will contain your unique consignment number which will enable you to track its progress with the courier. You can do so by clicking on the link included in the e-mail or by logging into our website and clicking on your account, order information, the order number and finally the tracking reference number.
You may not receive your order tracking e-mail until the day after dispatch of your order and tracking information may not be available on the couriers website until the early hours of the morning.
Although occasionally we may use another courier to deliver your order we dispatch 99% of orders via DPD. They are our preferred courier and in our opinion their service is first class.
